Terms of Service

Use of the Come Alive app and its augmented-reality services, operated by Context Aware Pty Ltd (ACN 690280561). By using the app, you accept these terms.

You must be of legal age to form a contract and not barred from receiving the service under Australian or local law. Registration may require email, address, phone number, and a password.

Keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account — notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Personal, non-commercial use only. No automated scraping, no reselling, no using the app for anything illegal. Competitors may not access the service.

Payments are processed via Stripe, whose terms also apply. You’re responsible for fees on returned or declined payments. Prices may change.

Refunds are issued only if we can’t deliver the service or at our discretion. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.

We own the app, services, and content. You get a limited, revocable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. No republishing or redistributing without written permission.

The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability is capped at resupplying the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent the law allows.

You can close your account with 14 days’ written notice. We may terminate if you breach the terms, if we are required to by law, or if the service is no longer viable.

Disputes must be raised in writing first — 28 days of good-faith negotiation, then mediation in Melbourne if unresolved. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia; courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
