Who we are

Context Aware Pty Ltd, operators of the Come Alive app. We follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number, address, and any information you send us (feedback, survey answers, support messages). The app may also collect device info — device ID, IP, operating system, browser — and, with your permission, approximate location.

How we use it

To deliver the service, send updates, improve the app, and tell you about new features. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Staff, insurers, professional advisers, and contractors who need it to run the service; law enforcement if legally required; a buyer if the business is ever sold. Third parties we share with are asked to follow this policy.

Where it's stored

Your information may be stored or processed outside Australia.

Cookies and tracking

The app may use cookies and collect aggregate usage data to improve the product. You can disable cookies in your device settings — some features may stop working.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or opt out by uninstalling the app or emailing us. A small administrative fee may apply for data access requests.

Security

We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted.
